WorkforceIT B.V., with registered office at De Molen 19, 3994 DA Houten, the Netherlands (referred to below as ‘we’), attaches great value to privacy and the protection of personal data. With this privacy statement, we wish to provide clear and transparent information about how we deal with personal data.

2. Which personal data do we process and why?

3. Which subprocessors do we work with?

We work with third parties to guarantee the provision of our services. We may transfer data to them as part of our services (the purposes described in point 1).

We either have an agreement with these parties that ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or this is clear from their general conditions of use. We also make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of the personal data.

Apart from this, we will not transfer any provided data to third parties unless this is legally required and/or permitted, such as for a police or judicial investigation.
